Topic: Pre-Employment Reports...Any Help?

Hi Guys,I'm looking at changing my written/typed REPORT format (not actual question types, sequence, etc. pre-employment only) to include additional information, and I'm looking for new ideas. Does anyone have a template or blank document they care to share? Thanks in advance....my email is:

Go to AZPOST web site and look under polygraph, it has a format for pre employment testing that is great. That is the State of Arizona Police Officer Standards and Training Board site. No, they do not post the format of a polygraph examination, they do have a "Sample" letter that they suggest you uee to report the outcome of a polygraph.
